VALIDATION FROM THE BOSS

So I woke up early this morning with 9 mins to get to work, so I kinda ran out of the house like a bum. I did however brush my teeth, and I was only late by 4 mins. But it was no big deal I closed a shift for a girl last night and had to be there really early so it was all OK. What was really nice was that as I was counting down my till at the end my manager came to me to tell inform me on how well I was doing and that he was very impressed, and I quote " I see you having great potential here" I love that type of validation!
